Online Media Registration
Thank you for your interest in applying for accreditation to Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW) 2025.
Before proceeding with the press registration form, we kindly request you to carefully review our Media Accreditation Criteria as shown below.

Who qualifies?
- Reporters/Editors
- Online content creators (Digital channels must be relevant to the jewellery and gemstone industry or JGW): Social media influencers/Bloggers/Vloggers
- Publishers of Media Organisations
- Broadcast Producers (Radio & Television)
- Photographers/Videographers
Requirements:
- Valid identification: Identity card, Exit-Entry permit for travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau or Passport
- Press card or business card
- Trade/Consumer Media: Links to articles where you are credited as the author (bylined articles) or scanned copies of articles with your byline. These editorial pieces should have been published no more than six months prior to the trade show.
- Digital Media/Social Media: Online channels relevant to JGW must have been active for at least six months before the trade show
*Please note that presenting a press card alone is generally not sufficient for accreditation. The exhibition organiser reserves the right to request additional proof of journalistic employment.
Who is not eligible for a Press badge?
- Press accreditation is reserved for journalists and media practitioners who primarily report on industry news and trends. Therefore, sales and advertising representatives, marketing and public relations executives, as well as social media and branding professionals whose main objective is to promote and sell services, do not qualify for press accreditation. However, we extend a warm invitation for them to attend JGW by registering for a Visitor badge.
- Evaluation of social media content will be conducted on an individual basis, taking into consideration factors such as their relevance to JGW, social media engagement and other relevant criteria.
Onsite Media Accreditation
If you are applying for a media badge onsite, you will be required to present your identity document (such as an HKID card, exit-entry permit for travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau or a passport) as well as a press card or business card when filling out and signing the Media Attendance Form at the Media Office, among others.
All members of a video-shooting crew or photographers from the reporting team must present their media credentials in order to secure a media badge.
Photo-taking or video-shooting within the exhibition grounds is not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained from the Fair Organiser and/or the exhibitor/s concerned.
Admission to the fairgrounds is not permitted for individuals under the age of 18.
